UNWELCOME:

RAIN ART ON TRUMP’S PARADE!

As Trump and his merry band of fascists get ready to bring their “Big, Beautiful” Military Parade to DC, we’ll rain on that parade by confronting fear and fascism with creativity and love. We’re going to flood our public spaces with banners, wheat-paste posters, and other art to remind them: they are UNwelcome in DC. We keep us safe! Fund our communities not the war machine.

  • Use the easy form on this page to submit your art work digitally!

Please submit by June 3 so we have plenty of time to print!

Also- if it works better for you, WE can take care of printing up your poster designs and getting your art into the streets! There’s a solid crew of folks who love wheatpasting! 😉

    Message Ideas:

    • Counter hate: “Fascists go home” “Hate not welcome here”

    • Positive future: “Black Lives Matter” “Free DC” “Reproductive Justice” “DC will always be Pro …trans, choice, immigrants, common sense….etc)

    • Location Specific: “This Hotel supports Fascists” “Protection for Immigrants”

    • PSAs: “Heads up: Nazis coming”

    • Resources/safe spaces for residents etc

    • Exposing white supremacy:

    • “Racists aren’t patriots”
